Registration Instructions:

Registering is a two-step process: First, complete this form about you. After successfully completing this form, you will be shown a link to provide online payment using a credit card on Square. Your registration is not complete until we've received your registration and payment.
Cancellations:
  • Until May 31st, 2023: Full refund of registration less a $50 processing penalty
  • June 1st - August 31st, 2023: Full refund of registration fee less $150 processing penalty
  • After August 31st, 2023: NO REFUND
